Onboarding
We set up your AutoVA account, connect your business phone number, and build out a knowledge base from information about your services and listings.

A lead arrives
A call, text, or website chat comes in from a prospective client.

AutoVA responds
If the call is missed, AutoVA immediately texts back. If it's a text or chat, AutoVA replies right away using your knowledge base to answer questions accurately.

Follow-up sequence
If the lead doesn't respond right away, an automated follow-up sequence checks back in at sensible intervals instead of letting the conversation die.

Booking
When the lead is ready, they book a showing or consultation directly through a booking link, with confirmations and reminders sent automatically.

Oversight
You can see every conversation in your dashboard in real time, get flagged when something needs your attention, and jump in and take over whenever you'd like.
